Let's Eat at Home

Amy is such a good cook!  This is her lentil soup that is amazing! 

A funny apricot -looking thing.  We need to find the name of it. It has three pits inside.  Fun!

Amy makes yummo pizza with local olives and two kinds of local cheese.  They don't have the same cheese we have in the USA. 

Amy, Mom, Jackson, Tom, and Joni enjoying Amy's delicious pizza and watermelon. The white thing by Amy's head is an enclosed shelf to hold their toaster oven, which they use to bake everything. The previous photo of me shows it.  Notice their kitchen has no oven.

While starting a batch of scrambled eggs I was curious to notice one box of eggs had dark yolks and the other box had light.  They don't refrigerate their eggs here.  You just buy them off the grocery shelves.
